Turks & Caicos

Our 1 year anniversary is coming up on January 24. We decided to celebrate with a trip to Turks & Caicos (in the Caribbean). The beach was fantastic, the resort was really nice, the colour of the water was beautiful, and we had a fantastic time despite a few days of bad weather in the middle of the trip.

Torch Run

Redwood Meadows had a torch run for the community in which I participated. It was a pleasant night at around -5 degrees. I met Richardo from Brazil who was an Olympic torch runner that day (won a contest). The scouts lite the Olympic rings in fire in the snow (great effect).
